Registration is now open for the Wessex Intensive Care Innovation and Research (WICIR) In-person Network Meeting, bringing together clinicians, researchers, trainees and partners to strengthen collaboration and shape the future of intensive care research across Wessex.
The Wessex Intensive Care Innovation and Research (WICIR) Network is a collaborative, multidisciplinary community committed to strengthening and connecting intensive care research across Wessex. We provide a supportive environment where clinicians, trainees and allied health professionals can shape research priorities, build skills and lead innovation together. By harmonising ICU data, coordinating multi site studies and offering strategic support for study design, ethics and funding, WICIR enables the generation of high quality evidence that informs clinical decision making and improves patient care.
Our in-person network meetings create a shared space to connect, exchange ideas and collectively shape the future direction of intensive care research in Wessex. Through presentations, discussion and structured networking, members work together to develop a dynamic, connected and sustainable research ecosystem across Wessex Intensive Care.
