We invite your poster submissions, focusing on health challenges in rural and coastal communities across Wessex. 

If your work helps understand or address these inequalities, we want to hear from you.

Selected posters will be showcased at the event, with awards presented to the most impactful.

Printing

We will print and display your poster at the event. During breaks, please stand by your poster and be ready to engage with other delegates and answer their questions. 

Consent for use after the event

All selected posters will be displayed and downloadable from our website after the event. Please contact us if you do not consent to this, otherwise consent is assumed and your poster will be automatically uploaded.


Guidance

Please read this guidance before creating your poster. Posters which do not follow the stated format will not be eligible.

Assessment

Posters will be reviewed for:

  • Relevance to rural and coastal health inequalities
  • Inclusion of required content
  • Potential real world impact

Selected applicants will be notified by 27 March 2026.
