An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Research and Development Department's Grants Team at University Hospital Southampton (UHS) for a grants manager. This is an essential role which provides expert assistance to investigators in research grant management and support, and underpins UHS's research activities and income generation.Main duties of the job
Skilled and experienced in research support?
You will join a specialist team within the dedicated R&D infrastructure at Southampton General Hospital, liaising closely with a range of researchers, R&D teams, service support depts, external funders and collaborators.
This full-time position delivers an important expert role offering skilled support to researchers from conception to completion of research studies in line with nationally agreed benchmarks for initiation and delivery of research, and also UHS strategic priorities.
