Monthly Neighbourhood Health and Wellbeing programme updates, plus an opportunity for questions and collaboration
In this edition, they’re focusing on mental health and wellbeing support across Dorset.
Exploring how Access Wellbeing connects community support and specialist mental health services, including the role of hubs and drop-ins, the Single Point of Access and Thriving Together.
If you’re a colleague in primary care, the wider NHS, councils or voluntary and community organisations, who supports people with their mental health and wellbeing and want to understand the options available, this is the webinar for you.
Anyone who has an interest in mental health and wellbeing support across Dorset, is more than welcome to attend.
There will also be opportunities to hear the latest updates on Dorset’s Neighbourhood Health and Wellbeing Programme, as well as a forum to ask questions.
