What is the ICP?
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Partnership is a statutory joint committee, formed between the Integrated Care Board and the local authorities within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System. The Integrated Care Partnership brings together a broad range of partners from across different sectors and is responsible for setting the strategy for health and care in Hampshire and Isle of Wight to meet local healthcare, social care and public health needs.
What is an ICP assembly?
The Integrated Care Partnership Assembly is a fundamental part of the Integrated Care System, it is a mechanism to bring people and partners together to ensure that the strategy and the delivery remains focused on the core needs of our population. It is about taking engagement to a new level and ensuring all people and partners are involved in all stages of decision making. It is a place to build relationships, problem solve in partnership and hold the system to account on the work being done to reduce health inequalities and improve health and social care outcomes for our communities in Hampshire and Isle of Wight.
The Integrated Care Partnership Assembly will usually meet three times a year. It is an open forum, and it will often be focused on a particular priority or topic we encourage all partners and people to attend.
